Theological Training in Africa - How to Help

DONATIONS

THETA welcomes your tax-deductible gifts. We will furnish a receiipt letter for each gift for an approved purpose. TCCA's Finance Committee administers all gifts other than Stuebing support.

For 2011-2012, THETA's priority approved support purposes are:

  • Ministry of Richard and Kathleen Stuebing at TCCA and representing TCCA.
  • TCCA Student Scholarship Aid - assisting students with tuition and fees. Many qualified students cannot attend TCCA without additional help. Students' tuition and fees are vital because they comprise the majority of TCCA's income.

Other approved support purposes are:

  • TCCA National Lecturers Fund - gifts to supplement the African faculty's income from local sources, thus helping to recruit and keep highly-qualified staff.
  • TCCA Rental Property (Flats Project) - Rental income supports the general budget and reduces student costs.  Ten additional flats (apartments) are being built on the TCCA campus.  Funds are needed to complete this project.
  • ACTEA - The Accrediting Council for Theological Education in Africa is vital to TCCA's ongoing academic standing.  Funds are needed for planned leadership staffing as well as accreditation volunteers' travel and expenses.
